Supply and demand let down
I put in an order for Metacam but it was out of stock. It was eventually substituted with Meloxicam. To me it doesn't seem as effective but it was certainly better than my dogs being in pain. I had to chase up Petceutics after a few weeks to find out why I hadn't received the Metacam. I guess it slipped through the cracks. Fortunately it wasn't urgent.Once they were aware of the situation Petceutics did their best to arrange a substitute. I think they could have been more proactive in this situation. Still, it was the only hiccup I've had with this company and I have no plans of changing
