|Indication||Topical treatment of skin infections caused by neomycin sensitive bacteria, and pruritus and dermatoses responsive to corticosteroid therapy in dogs, cats and horses. This includes skin infections, hot spots, moist eczema and lacerations, due to susceptible organisms; and steroid responsive pruritic dermatoses in dogs, cats and horses.|
|Actions||Neomycin is a bactericidal aminoglycoside antibiotic with activity against many Gram-negative bacteria and Staphylococcus. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid with a duration of action of less than twelve hours, which provides a local anti-inflammatory action. Lignocaine is a local anaesthetic and assists with pain relief while repair and healing take place. Also contains a powerful bittering agent to discourage licking and chewing of the site.|
