Ilium Ear Drops Actions
The combination of dichlorophen, pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide is antifungal, antimicrobial, anticoccidiositic and antiparasitic. The synergistic combination of pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide is particularly effective where ear mites (Otodectes cynotis) are the underlying cause. Lignocaine hydrochloride has a local anaesthetic effect.
Directions for use
Instil 4 - 8 drops in the ear twice daily for 4 - 7 days.
First Aid
If poisoning occurs,contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre Phone Australia 131126. If swallowed,do not induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. If skin contact occurs,remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If in eyes,hold eyes open,flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.

Excellent
We sit our Grand-dog Abbey periodically, she is a 9 year old German Shepherd, who has consistently had issues with her ears. She has had a polyp removed earlier this year, but continues to have pain from time to time. We used the Ilium drops whilst she was staying with us and this appeared to help with the ear issues and pain.
